It was a horrible day when Drew found out all the lies he'd spun to please his puppy doctor. The look on Drew's face had been horrific and Drake had almost burst into tears with him. Today his bedroom door flew open awakening him and Drake sat up sharply to see Dr. Drew and Laura standing in the doorway.
"Get dressed."
Drew seemed angry, serious and Laura seemed worried. Drake looked confusedly between the two of them. Why did he... what happened?
"I gave you an order. Get dressed...."
Drake got to his feet and moved to pull on a pair of pants over his boxers and then followed that with a pastel blue shirt which hung loosely over his thin frame. Drew twised when he noticed that Drake was finished and Laura stepped aside to let Drake fall in behind Drew. This wasn't good. Drake dropped his head and headed after Drew, shoulders slumping. It came as a surprise to Drake when they stopped outside the surveilance room.
Drew turned to face Drake and Drake lifted his eyes to meet the unexpectedly stone cold eyed on him.
"I have transfered you to another doctor capable of handling your case more effectively. I realize that I have let myself get far to close to you which is why I am transfering you."
Drake's eyes widened and he shook his head whispering inaudible.
"Please don't... I'm sorry..."
Drake's vision blurred when tears came into his eyes.
Drew turned his eyes into the room and waited expectantly. Drake let out a sob and turned to enter the room. The door shutting echoed behind him and he fell onto the bed where he began to cry heavy and hard, till he fell fast asleep on his tear soaked pillow in the observation room most likely being watched by his new doctor to get a feel for how to handle him. Drake yerked awake and then froze completely when he heard the door open, frightened of the new stranger.
He found that during his sleep his thumb had found itself in his mouth, a comfort thing he'd picked up when he'd lived with his abductor. Drake shut his eyes rapidly and lay very very still praying he'd be left alone. Unless he was ordered to do something though he didn't have to move... that was ... unless Drew had told the new doctor how to work with him...
"Get dressed."
